Restore the Line
First Responder Wellness Support Program
Support After the Call
First responders are repeatedly exposed to high-stress, high-adrenaline situations that place a heavy load on the nervous system and the body.
Ongoing pain or physical tension
Trouble sleeping
Headaches, jaw, neck, or back pain
Fatigue that doesn’t improve with rest
Old injuries resurfacing under stress
Increased irritability
Feeling constantly on edge or disconnected
These responses are not weakness, they are normal physical reactions to prolonged stress.
Preventative Care Matters
Many first responders wait until pain, burnout, or sleep disruption becomes unmanageable before seeking support.
Restore the Line was created to be used early and proactively, helping reduce the likelihood of:
Chronic pain patterns
Long‑term nervous system dysregulation
Ongoing sleep disruption
Accumulated stress that compounds over time
This program may be used as a standalone wellness approach or alongside medical care, physical therapy, or mental health support.

What the Program Provides
Restore the Line is a wellness support program specifically designed for active and recently retired first responders.
The program includes a 3‑part treatment series:
Three 90‑minute Fascial Counterstrain sessions
Sessions spaced approximately two weeks apart
Services are provided at no cost to first responders through grant funding and private community support.
The goal is early intervention — supporting recovery before stress patterns become chronic, while remaining beneficial following critical incidents.
To further support recovery, participants may also utilize:
Infrared sauna therapy
HaloRed therapy (medical‑grade red light combined with halotherapy)
These enhancement therapies are included at no additional cost and may help:
Improve circulation and tissue recovery
Reduce inflammation and muscle soreness
Support detox pathways
Calm the nervous system
Enhance relaxation between treatment sessions
Use of these services is optional and tailored to each participant’s comfort level.
How This Care Helps
When the sympathetic (fight‑or‑flight) nervous system remains activated for long periods of time, the body may struggle to fully settle.
Muscles remain guarded, breathing patterns change, circulation can be restricted, and pain patterns often persist even without active injury.
Fascial Counterstrain May Help By:
Reducing physical pain and muscle tension
Supporting the shift out of fight‑or‑flight
Encouraging parasympathetic (rest‑and‑recover) activity
Improving sleep quality and physical recovery
Decreasing irritability and restlessness
Helping the body return toward a calmer baseline
Sessions are gentle, comfortable, and deeply relaxing.
There are no aggressive techniques and no requirement to talk through traumatic events.
Who Qualifies?

Including but not limited to:
Law enforcement
Firefighters

Corrections officers
This program is designed to support both physical and nervous system health — whether symptoms are currently present or care is being used preventatively.
