Hey, there!

I’m Kimberly, a root-cause-obsessed, nervous system-loving bodywork practitioner.

What you can expect here:

Compassion Over Assumption:

I believe your pain is real — and you deserve to be heard and supported without judgment.

Root Cause Focus:

I treat what’s actually causing your symptoms, not just the surface pain.

Gentle, Not Forceful

We work with your body, not against it — using precise, non-invasive techniques.

Healing Takes Time

Some people feel better quickly. Others need more time. Both are normal.

This Isn’t the End

Even if this feels like your last option, there’s a path forward — and I’ll meet you there.

Fascial Counterstrain
Fascial Counterstrain is an innovative approach to manual therapy. It is a very gentle, effective approach to treating dysfunction and pain in the body, and is beneficial in treating both acute and chronic conditions. We look for the root cause of the issue instead of treating muscle guarding reflexes.

Counterstrain uses motion testing along with a series of "maps" found on the head to determine what body systems are most impacted. We then find specific tender points and use gentle manipulation of the body to release inflammation and provide rapid and lasting relief.

This work is especially supportive for individuals experiencing chronic pain, persistent migraines, brain fog, and stress related symptoms where the nervous system has become stuck in a heightened state.

This approach is commonly helpful for those experiencing chronic migraines, tension related headaches, brain fog, or nervous system driven symptoms that persist despite traditional care.

Sessions are calm, intentional, and do not require talking through trauma or reliving past experiences. We prioritize safety, consent, and nervous system regulation throughout the session.

client-centered approach to root cause healing

I believe healing happens best when the nervous system feels safe.

I believe care should be gentle, informed, and never forceful.

I believe people deserve to be listened to, not rushed or fixed.
